The Joya Townhouse is an amazing holiday villa in Albufeira! Here you will find a very cozy townhouse, ideal for up to 6 people and families with children.
It is well located, with easy access to water parks and the most beautiful beaches in the Algarve.
All amenities are within 5 minutes by car. Located in a residential area, the villa has easy access to all amenities including Albufeira's local market, restaurants, bars, supermarkets, Peneco and Fisherman Beach in Albufeira.
The nearest supermarket is only 450 meters from the villa, as well as restaurants and a fantastic park for walks and exercise. You can even take a pleasant walk of 25 minutes to the Old Town, shops or the beach.
The famous Rua da Oura and the historic center of Albufeira are a short drive away.
Albufeira Marina and the bustling old town are also 10 minutes away by car, where you can find a wide selection of restaurants, bars, shops and services.
Algarve Shopping, the famous Frango Piri-Piri da Guia, a fish market, pharmacy, bank, restaurants, shops and various services are 10 minutes away.

The first floor comprises of 2 double bed rooms with en-suites and AC. Both the master suite and additional bedroom have fantastic terraces where you can enjoy a morning breakfast or just take in the sun. Bedrooms comprise of super king beds that can separated into singles. Please request if needed.

Albufeira Council charges a 2€ fee per person for tourists' overnight stays in the municipality, for every stay between April 1st and October 31st and will be charged for a maximum of seven consecutive nights to all guests aged 13 or more.
