Casa das Palmeiras is a very spacious villa located in a very quiet residential area, perfect for a relaxing holiday, and at the same time is close to all facilities such as supermarkets, restaurants, bars, cafes and shops that are just minutes away by foot.
Casa das Palemiras has on the ground floor a large living room with a living and dining area, 2 bedrooms with twin beds, a bathroom with bathtub and another bathroom with shower. The fully equipped kitchen with access to the outdoor dining area with barbecue, as well as the pool area, surrounded by garden and trees. The first floor has a double en-suite, a bedroom with twin beds, a bathroom with bathtub and another room where you can relax and enjoy a good book.
Outside by the pool there is even a covered space with a snooker table and ping pong table so you can have fun in the hottest hours.
Casa das Palmeiras is equipped with a heated swimming pool that can be connected for a supplement of €70 per day (minimum cost per stay: €490). We also request a 72-hour pre-warning (time it takes to reach the set temperature).
The famous Santa Eulália beach is just a few minutes' walk away. You do not need a car.
Casa das Palmeiras is located in a central area, with easy access to theme parks, Algarve Shopping, the beautiful locality of Guia, and the Salgados golf courses.
Albufeira Council charges a 2€ fee per person for tourists' overnight stays in the municipality, for every stay between April 1st and October 31st and will be charged for a maximum of seven consecutive nights to all guests aged 13 or more. The amount will be requested, a couple of days before arrival.
Please note: this accommodation does not accept groups under 25 years old.

The villa is nice with a great pool. The furniture is a bit outdated but still good. The location is good enough to do everything by foot which is great. Also the service is great, our contact person did everything she could to help us out with tripssee more
