By the Beach is an excellent 1-bedroom apartment with air conditioning in the bedroom, with a privileged location and spectacular sea views. It is fully equipped for 4 people.
By the Beach apartment was recently renovated and has all the essentials for a relaxed holiday. It consists of a bedroom with double beds that can be joined together / like a hotel room, a bathroom with shower and a very comfortable living room with access to the balcony, with a stunning sea view.
Stay in the historic center of the city, with the beach practically at your doorstep, as well as all services, enjoying a stunning sea view.
By the Beach is ideal for those who don't want to drive, but instead walk to the beach, supermarkets, restaurants and bars and many other services available just a few minutes' walk away.
Algarve Shopping and the famous Frango Piri-Piri da Guia, the famous beaches of São Rafael, Galé, Salgados and golf courses are a 10-minute drive away. As well as Aquashow, Slide and Splash and Zoomarine are just a few minutes away by car.
Important note: This building does not have a reception and elevator!
Albufeira Council charges a 2€ fee per person for tourists' overnight stays in the municipality, for every stay between April 1st and October 31st and will be charged for a maximum of seven consecutive nights to all guests aged 13 or more. The amount will be requested, a couple of days before arrival.
