Beach View is an excellent 1-bedroom apartment with air conditioning in the bedroom, with a privileged location and spectacular sea views. It is fully equipped for 3 people.
Beach View apartment was recently renovated and has all the essentials for a relaxed holiday. It consists of a bedroom with double beds that can be joined together / like a hotel room, a bathroom with shower and a very comfortable living room with access to the balcony, with a stunning sea view.
Stay in the historic center of the city, with the beach practically at your doorstep, as well as all services, enjoying a stunning sea view.
Beach View is ideal for those who don't want to drive, but instead walk to the beach, supermarkets, restaurants and bars and many other services available just a few minutes' walk away.
Algarve Shopping and the famous Frango Piri-Piri da Guia, the famous beaches of São Rafael, Galé, Salgados and golf courses are a 10-minute drive away. As well as Aquashow, Slide and Splash and Zoomarine are just a few minutes away by car.
Important note: This building does not have a reception and elevator!
Albufeira Council charges a 2€ fee per person for tourists' overnight stays in the municipality, for every stay between April 1st and October 31st and will be charged for a maximum of seven consecutive nights to all guests aged 13 or more. The amount will be requested, a couple of days before arrival.
