Villa Tropical is a magnificent isolated villa located near Alcantarilha area and only a few minutes by car from Armação de Pêra, beaches like Praia Grande, Fishermans beach in Armação are only 14 kimoleters.
On the outside has an excellent swimming pool with all the necessary furniture, spacious green areas, a spacious barbecue area, outdoor games room and a tennis court.
Villa Tropical is perfect for family holidays.
Peace and quiet and sunny location. The Villa has 4 very nice and bright bedrooms.
Downstairs there is the spacious living room, dinning area and a full eqqipped kitchen, all with direct acess to the fantastic pool and gardens. Also there is 2 bedrooms and a full eqqipped bathroom.
Upstairs there is another 2 bedrooms and bathroom, as weel as a large terrace for a private solarium.
Outdoors, next to the large terrace: large shower.
Also, on the terrace, you will find a large table and chairs for outdoor dining under the sun or in the shade of the sun umbrellas.
On the outside has an excellent swimming pool with all the necessary furniture, green areas, a spacious barbecue area and a tennis court.
Nearest towns (Silves, Armacao da Pera, Gale, Albufeira Portimao and Villamoura) accessible in a few minutes.
You will find there all kinds of shops, restaurants and bustling side walk cafés (Marina de Villamoura…) for pleasant holidays.
Within 15min by car, you will find numerous fine sandy beaches or small coves. A true golfer's paradise! You are less than 20km away from the most beautiful international golf courses.
The villa is at the same distance from Lisbon and Sevilla with an excellent road infrastructure without traffic jams.
