Seja no verão ou no inverno, a moradia Quinta dos Loendros tem certamente o conforto necessário para que possa usufruir de umas férias de sonho na Guia (Algarve).
A Quinta dos Loendros é uma escolha magnífica para grupos e famílias grandes pois acomoda 8 pessoas.
A Quinta dos Loendros é uma casa de apenas um piso, tem 4 quartos muitos espaçosos e muito confortáveis com televisão, a casa de banho da master suite com banheira, duche e lavatórios duplos, duas suites com duche e lavatórios duplos e uma suite com duche e um lavatório.
A Cozinha espaçosa, está completamente equipada com todos os utensílios necessários e com zona de refeições, assim como uma TV.
O salão amplo está decorado com muito bom gosto e requinte. Tem uma televisão de ecrã gigante e canais de televisão estrangeiros e sistema de som sofisticado e internet. O salão tem acesso á directo ao jardim, piscina e "lounge" no exterior, mesa de ping pong, rede relax, cadeiras de baloiço e muito mais.
A zona da piscina tem espreguiçadeira, uma cama balinesa, barbecue e zona de refeições para que possa fazer as suas refeições ao ar livre e usufruir do pôr do sol magnifico.
As crianças podem brincar no amplo terreno atrás da casa com baloiço.
Os adultos têm uma zona reservada ao típico jogo Portugês de "Petanca".
A Quinta dos Loendros está localizada numa zona muito calma perto da agradável vila de Guia, onde encontra o Algarve Shopping, um mercado com produtos frescos, bancos, farmácia e todas as comodidades que pode precisar durante suas férias.
As belíssimas praias dos Salgados, Galé, São Rafael e os famosos campos de golfe ficam apenas a poucos minutos de carro.
O famoso parque temático Zoomarine, onde pode usufruir de um dia cheio de experiências fica apenas a 4 minutos a pé.
Se preferir animação noturna, um centro histórico de Albufeira e a Rua da Oura ficam apenas a 10 minutos de carro.
A Quinta dos Loendros tem espaço para estacionar 4 carros dentro da propriedade.

A Câmara de Albufeira cobra uma taxa de 2€ por pessoa pelas dormidas dos turistas no concelho, por cada estadia entre 1 de abril e 31 de outubro e será cobrada por um máximo de sete noites consecutivas a todos os hóspedes com 13 anos ou mais. Este valor será solicitado alguns dias antes da chegada.
Nota: Este alojamento não aceita grupos de jovens menores que 25 anos.

The villa was absolutely beautiful. The outside was very well equipped and had plenty of space and loungers for sunbathing.

It also provides plenty of shady seating if you choose to get away from the sun. The pool is very large and was very well kept. The inside of the villa was very clean and had extremely spacious areas. The kitchen provided all the amenities you could possibly need and has a large refrigerator with ice maker and water dispenser which was very useful. I loved that all bedrooms had their own spacious bathrooms complete with showers. Overall I would highly recommend this villa and would love to rent it again in the future . |

The only thing I could possibly say is that sometimes a foul smell would emerge from the bedroom bathrooms on the left side of the villa. Also it would have been nice if the sound system was able to be used.

Overall i would say that Villa Loendros was a great place to stay for a large group, the outside area was spacious and well maintained, pool was a good size and exceptionally clean. The kitchen was also of the same standard, excellent, and all the bedrooms and bathrooms are of a good standard. it is a 10 minute walk into Guia which has some nice restaurants and only a short taxi ride into Old town Albuferia. Close to a good shopping centre and all amenities. We would stay there again.

There are a few things that could be done in order to slightly improve what was overall a good experience. The villa has really good expensive TV's and sound systems unfortunately there were no instructions or guest book for us to look at in order fover mais
There are a few things that could be done in order to slightly improve what was overall a good experience. The villa has really good expensive TV's and sound systems unfortunately there were no instructions or guest book for us to look at in order for us to work any of it, so we only had our own bluetooth speakers for entertainment! There was also a strong drain smell in the Villa most days and all the showers leaked into the bedrooms as the water would not drain away quickly enough, i presume because of the drains? Also i think both of the outside tables should be able to sit 8 people as we kept having to move the chairs to different areas at different times of the day. There was also a shortage of glasses for 8 people. We also went to the supermarket and bought food to have a BBQ but we didnt think to buy any charcoal, maybe it would be a nice touch to have some ready for the guests to use? A very small point was there were 8 people with wet costumes and towels everyday and also washing their clothes but there were only a few pegs for the washing line, i know it is only a small thing but again it is what people need. As i have said previously overall we had a great experience and would stay again, these are just a few suggestions/and points that we all feel would improve the vacation.

All along our stay we dislike the bed. When you go to holidays we need to sleep correctly and it wasn't the case. Like we said at the agency who rent the house.

When we arrived the side of the glaces' fridge was not operational. In summer it s very important to have the possibility to refresh and have ice immediately. All along our stay we don't appeciate to smell the WC odor of the piping in the kitchen and in somes bedrooms The metal curtains was not easy to close every night because they needs oil to can be close correctly. The alarm of the kitchen was not ready and each day we have the chance to listen the siren' s song Regarding the commodities we appreciate to have more ping pong racket to have the opportunity to play in group. |
